The Model Series 42 Nullmatic® Pressure Regulator, shown below, is used typically to control air pressure in pneumatic instrument circuits, test stands, production checking fixtures, etc. It uses a two-stage, pilot operated, nullbalance principle of operation which maintains the output pressure despite wide changes in output flow or supply pressure.
